His first time swinging.  He was pretty indifferent about it.  He mostly enjoyed watching the other kids play on the playgroud equipment.

Halloween Party!

Amia, a teacher at TUE, invited Paxton to a Halloween party!  Below are pictures of the fun we had!

Fall favorites



I would say that one of my favorites memories of fall is picnicking at the park. We often take Paxton early in the evening, lay out a blanket, and play! He loves the fresh air, different environment and we love it too!

I never thought there would be a day that Paxton would be out of a swaddle while sleeping and this pictures proves that he can sleep swaddleless!  AND I love the way he looks laying, innocently in his crib sleeping.



Paxton and Mom Weekend

Bob took his annual trip to Dallas with his fam and enjoyed it as usual.  Awesomely enough, the World Series was happening the same weekend they were in Dallas which made the trip even more special (not that they attended the world series game, but the excitement was contagious!).

Paxton also attended Amelia's birthday party!  I didn't get any pictures of Amelia and Paxton because poor Amelia was sick on the day of her birthday so we had to wish her happy birthday from a distance:).  

KC Half Marathon

We really had fun! The weather was perfect, sunny and warm.  Bob ran it while Bob's Aunt Julie and I walked it. We didn't break any speed records!  I would do it again in a heartbeat and so would Bob.  Maybe Paxton will be a runner/walker?  Maybe someday the three of us could particpate together?

Each year the medal honors one of the KC fountains.  This year they honored the fireman fountain..pretty cool!

Culver's Night

TUE had a fundraiser at Culver's.  So Paxton got the chance to see his friends!

Back to work

Today was my first day back to work.  The anticipation of going back to work was worse than actually  going back to work.  I shed a few tears and missed Paxton like crazy, but I love my job, the kids and teachers at TUE.
