4th of July

The night before the 4th our neighbors put on quite a fireworks show. Bob and I enjoyed it from the driveway while we worried that Pax would wake any minute with noise directly outside his window, but amazingly he never woke!

Weirdly enough Pax had a low grade fever on the 4th. He didn't seem bothered by it so we assume teeth are coming in? It reminded me that Bob was very sick on the last 4th of July. So maybe we have started a family tradition? We can expect someone to be sick on the 4th!
I got to spend late afternoon at my friend Aubrey's visiting with "fellow friends."

Then we headed over to Kens for the Welch Family 4th. My grandparents came along this year!


And he found some rocks!

Pax watched the fireworks from his stroller. The noise didn't bother him, but he wasn't overly excited by them.
