Playdate

Finn and Emma came over to play with Pax!  They had so much fun!  I also started the tradition that the day after Thanksgiving, we stay in our PJ's all day!

Finn 4 months, Emma 1 year and Pax almost 6 months

Getting so good at sitting up!

Thanksgiving!!

We have so many things to be thankful for and Paxton is the number one thing I am thankful for.  Still, to this day, I cannot believe how lucky we are to have him!  This Thanksgiving is special for Pax because he ate table food for the first time!  Sweet potatoes!

Here's the video of him eating...(yes, we are really that obsessed, videotaping him eating  sweet potatoes!)

We also enjoyed Thanksgiving at Uncle Ken's.  Paxton played with his cousin Chloe, they giggled at each other for a long time!

And it's this picture that made me realize how stinkin' chunky he is!!  It's so funny to think we were worried about him gaining wieght in the beginning of his little life!  He may be ready for size 3 diapers!

Stacey's in town!

When Stacey is in town from D.C. we always get together the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and this year there were so many babies!  Since Pax is home with Ashley during the day and doesn't have much socialization with other kids I look forward to times when he is around other kids and he had a blast playing with the older (1 1/2 year old) boys!

One of my favorite outfits!

Playing with his buddies!

The Pelvic Thrust

The video below cracks me up!  Paxton is a heck of a dancer!

Happy Birthday Bob!

Bob celebrated is 32nd birthday!  Lauren, Clay, Madilyn, Paxton and I brought Waldo pizza and apple crisp up to he station for the guys.

5 months old

Paxton is 5 months old! Some things to remember about him at this age.
He loves the song "if you are happy and you know it!" and "happy birthday"  He smiles every time I sing it.
He loves his pacifier-you can hand it to him and puts it in his mouth backwards, sideways, anyway he can get it in his mouth
He is just so happy and sweet.
He drools constantly.
When he inhales he makes a noise.
He loves blowing raspberries.
He still eats every 3 hours
He wakes one time at night to eat and sleeps until 6:45-8:15
I still nurse him in the morning always, and sometimes in the afternoon and night
He is ready for solids, he intently watches us eat and drink.
He is starting to sit up on his own for a minute or so.

I couldn't help take a picture of him crying.  I think it is such a sweet crying face :).

LFD visit

Pax got a kick out of checking out every inch of Bob's fire station (literally we walked the entire station so that he would be entertained). Bob turned the firetruck lights on and Paxton barely noticed. While were there they got a call. When the tones go off in the station it is pretty loud, so I figured it would scare Pax, but it didn't. He is already brave like his dad.

Sleeping babies and PJ's

I have a slight obsession with taking pictures of Paxton sleeping and in his PJ's.

I could stare at him sleeping all day long, but I don't because I am too afraid to wake him.:)

Halloween!

Pax and Bob carved a pumpkin on Halloween.

We spent Halloween night driving from one family members house to the next, we made a total of 5 stops.  Our little puppy didn't wear out until the last stop at Grandma Neece and Papaws.  He looked so stickin' cute in his costume and we didn't capture him in it that night.:(
